1: Reservation Process: - Reservations can be made through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our reservation desk directly. - All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. 2: Payment: - Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. - Payments are processed securely to protect your financial information. 3: Cancellation and Modification: - Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled party date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit amount. - Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. 4: Check In: - Upon arrival, guests must check-in at the Retro Realm reception desk to confirm their reservation. - The duration of each gaming session is determined by the booking time slot and must be adhered to. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened gaming session without any refund or compensation. 5: Guest Responsibilities: - Guests are responsible for the proper use of gaming equipment and facilities. - Any damage caused to the arcade equipment or premises due to negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur additional charges. - Consumption of food and beverages is only allowed in designated areas of the arcade. 6:Age Restrictions: Certain gaming areas or equipment may have age restrictions. Guests must comply with these restrictions at all times. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult while in the arcade. 7:Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while in the arcade. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous will result in immediate expulsion from the premises without refund. 8:Safety Measures: Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions. 9: Disclaimer: The arcade management is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during your visit.
